Please go to your PHONE SETTINGS ➡ APPS ➡ AFRICALL ➡ click PERMISSIONS ➡ enable MICROPHONE, CONTACTS and PHONE ➡ DONE!
Got to Phone settings ➡ Privacy ➡ Microphone ➡ Enable Africall ➡ Done!
t’s something to do with your password. There are some characters being read as a programming language. So if you have special characters like @&%# Or if you have ‘sha1‘ in your password, the system is reading it as programming code instead of a password. So, from within the App, Click the ‘More‘ button ➡ ‘Change Password‘ ➡ update your password and then try.
Before using AfriCall Connect App, you need to register your details to enable us to allocate you a permanent number for your continued use of the facility.
You can register from the App once you download from Google Play or Apple Store. We do not need your card number to register.
Once you are logged into the AfriCall App, follow these steps. 1. Click more. 2. account details. 3. Buy Credit. 4. Choose youre desired amount. 5. Submit and follow instructions.
Simply dial the local Zimbabwean number straight from the Africall App. Enter the full international number (00 +International code +area code + phone number). For example 00263 123456789.
You can use your PayPal account or pay using a debit/credit card. Whilst the payment is processed through PayPal you do not necessarily need to set up a PayPal account. You simply need to enter your card details.
The Africall App is available on Android platform through Google Play Store and iOS platform through Apple Store
The AfriCall App will use internet connection (Wi-Fi/Cellular Data) to make calls. You can use any Android or iOS phone to make calls.
Your call will end. You’ll need to call back after recharging your account.
Your account balance is displayed in you account details. Follow these steps from the App:- 1. Click more, 2. Account details.
- The credit expires 90 days after recharging it to your account.
- If you recharge within the 90 days, the 90 days resets from that date.
- If you reach 90 days without recharging, you will lose any credit that was left over.
